Muscat (France), or Moscato (Italy), is an ancient white grape variety thought to have originated in Greece, but is now mainly planted in France, the USA and Italy. The wines it produces burst with orange-blossom and honey, and it’s the key grape behind the famous sparkling Italian wine, Moscato d’Asti.
